Refund rates are determined based on the remaining time before the scheduled reservation. Please review the details below carefully.

Special Clauses
Clause 1
Cancellation within 1 hour of booking
A full refund (100%) will be issued for cancellations made within 1 hour of booking confirmation, provided the scheduled usage time has not already passed.
Clause 2
Natural disasters & force majeure
A full refund (100%) will be issued when service usage is prevented due to natural disasters or other force majeure events, upon submission of supporting documentation.
Important Notes
  • Refund processing may take 3-5 business days depending on your payment provider.
  • Time changes on the day of use are treated the same as cancellations and are non-refundable.
  • Refunds are calculated based on the date the cancellation request is received by MUNIT.
